The HD-SDI interface originates from professional broadcast technology and delivers an uncompressed digital video stream. This ensures superior HD image quality, free from compression artifacts and latency.
The SDI signal is transmitted via 75-ohm coaxial cable. This allows for long cable runs without issues, and existing cable installations can often continue to be used. The camera's powerful image processor enables numerous settings to ensure optimal image quality, even in challenging lighting conditions.
