The WVS-16 welding camera is a further development of our WVS-12/14 and also delivers a sharp color image and thus enables optimal viewing of the welding head, wire feed and workpiece as well as the arc, material melting, etc. Using a keyboard, before, during and after the welding process, Quickly and easily, image section, sharpness and brightness can be adjusted. This means, for example, that the setup time can be significantly shortened or any welding errors can be identified more quickly.
Three memory locations can be overwritten by the user with new settings at any time.
Automatic switching of the image brightness using an external control signal is possible.
The camera is housed in a protective housing (60x60x140mm) with integrated water cooling and can therefore also be installed in cramped systems with heat and dust. A protective glass on the front protects the camera's optics and can be easily changed if it gets dirty.
The camera control cable can be up to 50m long. This means, for example, that the camera can be controlled from a remote control center.
The camera is available in 1-filter, 2-filter and autofilter versions.
In the 1 and 2 filter versions, the brightness can also be adjusted using a potentiometer.
This potentiometer is omitted in the autofilter version.
The 2-filter version has 2-zone darkening. This means, for example, that the brightness of the incoming seam and the arc can be individually adjusted.
